Pêra Manca Tinto 2018 is an exceptionally high-quality wine from the Alentejo region, produced by the hands of winemaker Pedro Baptista. Produced from Aragonez and Trincadeira grape varieties, from vineyards over 30 years old, this wine reflects extreme care from the vineyard to the bottle. Fermented in French oak vats and aged for 18 months in barrels, followed by bottle aging in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery, it offers a full-bodied, complex and elegant profile. On the nose, it stands out for its notes of raisins, fruits and essences of the aged wood. On the palate, it reveals high-quality tannins, giving it remarkable longevity and enormous potential for evolution
