FREIXO RESERVE 2020 RED

Freixo Reserva Red Wine comes from Alentejo’s Redondo sub‑region, produced by Herdade do Freixo. It blends grape varieties well suited to the local terroir — mainly Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vinification is meticulous, with separate fermentation by variety and 12‑month ageing in new French oak, adding structure, complexity and elegance. In the glass it shows deep ruby colour, aromas of ripe red fruit and earthy tones, and a dense palate with smooth tannins and a silky finish. Excellent with meat dishes, traditional Portuguese cuisine or more refined meals.
