CAPILÉ NETO COSTA

Capilé is the name given to canola syrup, more specifically capillary, a type of herbaceous fetus, or the refreshment that can be obtained from that same syrup. The syrup is made by means of infusion of the properly crushed leaves of the avenca, to which sugar is added, and can be flavored with water of orange flower. Through the infusion both the aromas and the substances possessing therapeutic activity are extracted from the plant. To drink the Capilé, the syrup can be diluted with water or ice and lemon peel.
