Butelo, a traditional product from the north of Portugal is made from pork (soft bones), stuffed in casing or pig bladder, produced by the famous sausage company, Topiteu. Natural smoke with olive wood and oak. How to cook: In abundant boiling water for about 30 minutes or bake in the oven or on the fire and consume accompanied by cooked greens or dried bean pod.
