SAMBUCA CRISTIANI BRANCO

Liqueur of Sambucus nigra and anise, typical of the region of Rome, Italy. Originally, it is colorless, with anise flavor. Its most common variety is the white sambuca, as a way to differentiate it from other varieties, such as the color blue-marine (sambuca back) or light red (sambuca red). Contains essential oils obtained from the Anise Star (Illicium verum), which give the drink a strong anise flavor. The oils are added to pure alcohol, a concentrated solution of sugar and other substances.
