RAMOS PINTO LÁGRIMA RED

It is the sweetest of all ports and contains about 140 grams of sugar per liter. As the name indicates, the Red Teardrop (Lágrima) comes from the tear of red wine, that is, from the runoff of the wine press, "open spout", with only a slight fermentation. The aroma is fresh, lively, with notes of grapes, cherries, currants, sour cherries, raspberries and citrus. In the mouth, it is very velvety, with very slight touches of silky tannins, and with a very long finish, with fruit flavors and citrus.
