The aniseed liqueur has been manufactured in the same traditional way for 100 years and is due to this fact the special way in which they use a special kitchen to place the plant inside the bottle and machines for their crystallization. This whole process done in detail makes the traditional recipe to remain practically intact. High anise flavor, very sweet and with no shelf life. After consumption, the bottle can be refilled with red wine or firewater to make a new liqueur.
