MEAT MARINADE BY CONDI
Excellent marinade produced by Condi, a Portuguese company that has established itself over the years as one of the best companies in rapid expansion, for the quality and excellence of its products.
Season the meat abundantly (minimum 125ml per kilo) ideally 2 to 3 hours before grilling or baking.
If you do not have time you can also marinate for a few minutes, the results will always be better when compared to the usual seasoning.
To make the meat tender, let it marinate 8 to 10 hours.
Suggested use: all types of roast meats.
