LUIS PATO BLANC DE BLANCS SPARKLING WINE
The grapes of the Maria Gomes (95%) and Sercialino (5%) varieties were fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. The second fermentation took place in the bottle in order to preserve the floral and fruity aroma of the main variety. It is a summer wine but also convivial. - Producer
