It is already available in the shop in Lisbon, at Rua da Betesga, the Codfish that is considered by many as the best Cod in the World. As it is tradition, we only have this variety, but certainly when you taste it, you will endulge yourself with all the explosion of flavor and fantastic texture of a wonderful Codfish.

 It is caught in the cold and unpolluted waters of the Arctic and North/Northeast Atlantic. After salty and dry it gets a straw color. It gives rise to great pieces, where they depart in tender and perfectly sublime slivers. Famous for being present in international cuisine, for its indiscriminate quality.

To all our Clients, we offer the cut of the chosen Codfish, with our specialized Codfish Knife, that exists in the shop in Lisbon, for more than 100 Years. It was recently part of the Exhibition of Stores with History of the Lisbon City Council.
