On hot days, we suggest a Tonic Port to help you to cool down, while sipping a delicious drink. In recent years it gained popularity, especially after the increasing consumption of Gin Tonic.


Always prepared from Dry White Port, we leave here the recipe (easy) so that you can prepare and taste it.


      In a tall glass or a glass of Port wine, as shown on the left, add:

    - Ice

    - Dry White Port (1/3)

    - Tonic Water (1/3)


     Mix everything so that the flavors come together and add a few slices of lime or lemon and a little mint or basil!
