TAYLOR´S VINTAGE 2018

Impressive purple-black core with a narrow purple edge. A powerful explosion of forest fruits, and dense blackberry and currant coulis, dominate the nose. The aromas of black fruit are infused with discreet notes of cherry and mocha. As you would expect from Taylor’s, the fruit is very thin and concentrated, but the year seems to have added an additional layer of density and volume. A familiar veil of violet perfume hangs over the wine, along with a rose petal fragrance and aromas of wild herbs and mint.

In the mouth, the wine has wonderfully ripe tannins, which blend perfectly into the middle palate, providing structure and volume, which end with a firm grip. The palate closes with a powerful wave of fresh and complex fruits that flow endlessly in the long finish. - Producer
