ROMEU EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (ORGANIC)

Produced by Soc. Clemente Menéres Lda., A family company, since 1874, at Quinta do Romeu, in Trás os Montes, in the Northeast of Portugal, in a region with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), in sloping lands with schistous soils its an extra virgin olive oil, certified organic farming.

Of green/yellow color with intense aroma of herb, flowers and olive. The palate is round, dense and fluid. With a light almond sweetened start, followed by fresh olive and assorted greens, and an extremely long and complex finish with a spicy but not bitter note. It is a subtle olive oil with a delicate personality, not too potent but of great elegance and harmony. - Producer
