Vintage Ports are a selection of the very best wines from an exceptional year and represent only a small portion of the harvest. Their opulent organoleptic characteristics correspond to unusually excellent wines of a kind that are most probably achieved only three years in every decade. These astonishing wines are vigorous and full-bodied with richness in colour and sweetness, reveiling intense aromatic expressions of the most complex selection of fruits and wild berries. They are round, powerful and fruitful, but with elegant structures. Vintage Ports are kept in oak vats for a period of 2 years before its declaration.
