QUINTA VALE MEAO 2022 RED

Quinta do Vale Meão 2022 is a Douro red wine produced from a strict selection of grapes from the oldest vineyards of the estate. The blend, mainly Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, supported by Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz, is vinified separately, foot‑tread in granite lagares, fermented in small vats, and aged for an extended time in French oak barrels. The result is a deeply coloured wine with a complex bouquet of floral notes and red or wild fruits, elegant hints of well‑integrated oak, and a structured palate with intense fruit, fine tannins and a long elegant finish. This wine offers balance and sophistication, it is ideal for special occasions and to accompany robust dishes.
