QUINTA DO PASSADOURO VINTAGE 2021

The share of the national is a small area with frank foot vines, in the heart of the vineyard of Quinta do Noval, untouched by Filoxera. The word "national" refers to the fact that these vines are Portuguese vines growing on Portuguese soil, without American root holder, and therefore directly "rooted in the nation's soil". The national vintage is a unique and extraordinary phenomenon.
This wine displays a beautiful deep blue color. It remains compact, with a base of mature, succulent and intense fruits. The flavors evoke violets, plums and dry plums, capturing the essence of Vale de Mendiz terroir. A touch of dark chocolate adds attractiveness, while maintaining a delicate and fresh quality. The wine displays very mature tannins and a solidity in the mouth. Its end is marked by delicacy and balance. - Producer
