QUINTA DAS BÁGEIRAS PAI ABEL 2021 WHITE

It is a wine made from grapes from vines that are around 15 years old, whose production has been drastically reduced. It was vinified with an open spout, the must being placed in small decanters of 1m³ where it remained between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, it fermented in used French oak barrels that we acquired in the Burgundy region. A slight bâtonnage was made and it aged in the barrels until it was completely clear, in a natural way. Bottled without filtering or fining.

Very complex and opulent nose, yellow fruit, smooth jam, notes of bergamot and dried flowers, spices, minerals, confectionery. - Producer
