The Poças LBV 2020 is a Late Bottled Vintage Port produced by Poças, one of the most respected houses in the Douro Valley. Made from a single high-quality harvest, this LBV was aged in oak barrels for 4 to 6 years, developing complexity and balance.
It shows an intense ruby color and enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, combined with subtle spice notes and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is robust yet elegant, with smooth tannins and a long, persistent finish.
This LBV is perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with cured cheeses, chocolate-based desserts, or red fruit dishes. Ready to drink, no decanting is necessary.
