Pêra-Manca White 2023 stands as one of the finest expressions from the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, crafted from Arinto and Antão Vaz grapes selected at perfect ripeness. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels, followed by ageing on fine lees with batonnage for 12 months, enhancing texture, complexity and aromatic depth.
