The Single Harvests acquire the "personality" of the vintage year. Thos 2000 Single Harvest has ambar color. Complex nose of old wood, dried cherries, fig, roasted almonds, orange zest and caramel. In the mouth is very sweet and dense. The tannins are smooth. The finish is very long with notes of orange and spices.
