This is one of the most consensual and most renowned wines from Ravasqueira, which seeks to take advantage, every year, of a unique terroir where, before the grapes were planted, there was a pomegranate orchard. Tasting Notes: Dense dark and opaque red colour. Nose, at first, closed. Then complexity of black fruits, cedar, forest fruits, pennyroyal, spice mix, cardamom and earthy. Fleshy tasting, solid and rising tannins but fine and elegant in the end. Lots of freshness, granitic mineral finish. - Producer
