Mirabilis Red is inspired by the line of great wines in the world, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created.
After the careful selection of the best plots and a manicured harvest, this batch clashes with the origin of the raw material, putting the concept of terroir aside.

It is an unrepeatable wine, which cannot be copied year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of our best barrels, passing through a long tasting experience until the final result.
Mirabilis Red reflects the wine-growing years in greater depth at Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, resulting in a dense, intense, three-dimensional wine with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise.
