Hidromel was a drink quite enjoyed by the Celtic people. It was the first alcoholic beverage produced by man. The Romans attributed aphrodisiac properties to him. The Vikings blamed him for the bravery of his warriors. The Greeks considered it the drink of the gods. Made from the alcoholic fermentation of honey, aging in oak barrels. Serve fresh.
