FREIXO TERROIR 2023 WHITE

Freixo Terroir White 2023 is a white wine from Alentejo, made from a blend of Arinto, Sauvignon Blanc, Alvarinho and Chardonnay. Grapes are harvested early in the cool mornings of the Serra d’Ossa hills. Vinification involves low‑temperature fermentation, with 30% of the blend aged in second‑use French oak barrels with two months of batonnage, adding a hint of complexity while preserving freshness. The aromatic profile features white fruit like pear and fresh apricot, citrus notes and subtle floral touches. On the palate it offers balanced volume, lively acidity and a fresh sensation, making it suitable with seafood, salads, white meats, or simply to enjoy chilled on relaxed occasions.
