CONTRASTE 2022 WHITE

White contrast has been launched every year since 2007. Fermented in used barrels and new French oak and stainless steel vats, it originates from vineyards about 40 years old. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very accurately in the citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Improve in bottle for 5 to 10 years, and is ideal for fish and vegetarians dishes. - Producer
