BURMESTER VINTAGE 1963

In 1730, Henry Burmester and John Nash founded Burmester & Nash in London, dedicated to the grain trade. Later, in 1750, in Vila Nova de Gaia, they began exporting Port Wine to Europe and the British Isles. The family name comes from the small town of Moelln in northern Germany, deriving from the title Burgomestre, which means head of municipality.

Today, Burmester is undoubtedly one of the great names of Port Wine, where they stand out their excellent quality Vintage, proof of all the experience acquired over the centuries.
