Limoncino Bottega is a "Limoncello", the traditional Italian liquor, which dates back to the late nineteenth century. It is produced from a "femininello" lemon peel infusion. This cultivation that is widespread in Italy and characterized by a bark with a thin grain and high quality essential oils. This variety of lemon is called "femininello" because of the fertility of the plant, which blooms all year round. Lemons are naturally cultivated and harvested at the height of maturity, washed and peeled by hand, removing the white (bitter) part and only aslected the yellow bark rich in essential oils. Lemon peels are infused in alcohol for about 30 days. This causes the extraction of aromatic and colorful substances. They are added to the final mixture, the high quality sugar, making everything in a unique and unmistakable mixture. - Producer
