MONKEY SHOULDER

The term "monkey shoulder" comes from the fact that men who formerly worked the malt, by turning the barley by hand, developed a condition with that name, making the arm a little hanging, remembering the pose of a monkey. Today, due to the evolution of the techniques, this disease was eradicated but to honor those men who helped with their effort to build the company, this whiskey was created. On the nose there are notes of oak, vanilla, honey and orange zest. The palate has spicy and vanilla notes. Smooth finish.
