The La Gondola Canning Factory was founded in 1940 by Italians who brought the first canneries to Matosinhos, northern Portugal. In the 80's, La Gondola decided to dive into a diversified cannery production. The company's guidelines remain in the high quality products, preveligiando the quality and excellence of the flavor to the volume. With the beginning of the century. XXI, the growth of gourmet spaces has made the brand more visible and present in the best Gourmet houses.

With an artisan production, its excellence of flavor and quality also comes from the fact that the preserves are manufactured by the traditional pre-cooked method, following carefully the production by campaign, in which the fish is in maximum conditions of quality and flavor.
