Profound, velvety, rich ruby colour. Lovely mature fruit nose; rich jam/compote aroma – notes of quince. Undertones of leather and spice. On the palate the wine is very smooth, very rich, rounded, plum. Fruit flavours of cherry, plum, prune, date – an attractive hint of spice. The wine has good complexity and intensity of flavour. Medium bodied – nicely weighted. - Producer
