Sabores Apurados was born with the acquisition in September 2007 of the olive oil mill located in Monte de Malta in Ponte de Sor, Portalegre district, which adopted the same name of the company as a brand of purely North Alentejo olive oil.
It produces an oil of excellent quality with cold extraction, coming from olives selected from the varieties Galega and Cobrançosa.
