The Scala Coeli Syrah 2021 is a powerful expression of the Syrah variety in the Alentejo. Harvested in 2021, with controlled temperature fermentation and extended maceration, it matured in new French oak barrels for about 15 months. It reveals intense aromas of ripe fruits such as blackberry and black cherry, balsamic and spice notes, plus oak influence. On the palate it is full-bodied, with firm tannins, good balance, and a long, persistent finish. Perfect with grilled red meats, game, or hearty dishes.
