BORBA CORK LABEL 2020 RED

With grapes from the most typical varieties of the Alentejo, produced in the Borba sub-region, the Rótulo Cortiça wine was produced, a true ex-libris of Adega de Borba. Coming from old vines, the grapes underwent strict control over the evolution of maturation, having been harvested in small quantities.

Tasting Notes: Clear appearance, defined ruby color with red nuance. Fine and elegant aroma, suggesting black fruits, jam and white chocolate. Soft flavor, with slight astringency, balanced, noting a ripe fruity, smooth but structured tannins, with elegance in the aftertaste. - Producer

How to serve:Temperature of 16-17ºC. Accompanying red meat cooked in the oven, game or convent sweets. This wine can be consumed immediately, preferably, you can also let it age for at least 10 years.
